1. Harassment and Non-Retaliation Policies: Harassment is prohibited in any form (verbal, physical, or written), including discrimination based on protected characteristics. All individuals must maintain a respectful and professional environment. Non-Retaliation: Any retaliation against those reporting harassment or discrimination is strictly prohibited, and the Farsi Speakers Community will take measures to prevent and address such actions.

2. Compliance Acknowledgment: Individuals affiliating with the Farsi Speakers Community agree to comply with Harassment and Non-Retaliation Policies. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination, as determined by the Farsi Speakers Community.

3. Reporting Mechanism: Individuals reporting harassment or discrimination incidents are encouraged to contact Matin Walizada, Fizurahman Mirzada, or Shekeeb Shadab Gheyasi at info@farsicommunity.org. Reports will be handled confidentially, investigated promptly, and in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Agreement Confirmation: By submitting, individuals express agreement with the privacy policy and terms and conditions. Acknowledgment and acceptance of policies indicate a commitment to the Farsi Speakers Community guidelines.
