The Farsi Speakers Community of Afghanistan in the USA has been actively engaged since the outset in welcoming newcomers from Afghanistan to the United States. Our dedicated volunteers have been stationed at the Community Center Expo Center, offering assistance with translations and handling various logistical matters for the arriving individuals.
Our commitment extends to numerous hours dedicated to the collection and distribution of donations, including clothing, jackets, non-perishable food items, and essential pantry and kitchen utensils. These items are provided to families residing in extended stay hotels
Collaborating with local and regional organizations, we have organized donation drives and facilitated the delivery and transportation of essential supplies to those in need.
In addition to material assistance, our cultural committee is actively involved in providing training sessions and distributing informative pamphlets to assist new families in acclimating to their new environment and culture.
The Farsi Speakers Community of Afghanistan in the USA takes pride in offering a range of social and cultural services tailored to support the integration and well-being of new immigrants who have recently arrived in the United States.
